Alhamdulillah, my skin is more even, healthier and looks glowing after having a hydrafacial treatment (1 session) and salmon chip (2 sessions) at Dermalene Clinic Shah Alam. Before this, my skin was quite uneven, had acne and acne scars. Many people also noticed the changes in my skin. I’ve been undergoing treatment here for three months and I’m truly impressed with the results. Looking back at my “before” and “after” photos, I can clearly see a significant improvement in my skin, less redness, fewer active breakouts and overall calmer, smoother skin.

The staff here are incredibly polite, friendly and welcoming from the moment I step in. The beauty consultants Ms Della and Ms Wawa are also very professional and knowledgeable. They explain every step of the treatment thoroughly and give helpful advice that really makes me feel confident and assured throughout the process.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my 3-month journey so far. I appreciate the care, the service and most importantly, the visible changes in my skin. Highly recommended!

As a first-timer at Dermalene Shah Alam, I was truly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The consultant, Ms Raika explained my skin condition and recommended suitable treatments clearly, without being pushy. The therapist, Ms Hana was gentle, professional, and kept checking if I was comfortable throughout the session. The clinic’s environment was clean, calming, and smelled pleasant , it really gave a
premium feel. Overall, for my first visit, I’m genuinely satisfied and would definitely come again! 🌸✨

Third time visiting Dermalene Shah Alam and the experience has been great so far. The room is very cozy and relaxing. Ms. Wawa did my consultation and explained everything clearly, while Ain handled my treatment gently and professionally. Both of them were really friendly and made me feel comfortable. Being customer since 2022, excellent service from their therapist and skin consultant. The environment also nice and good. I also can see the instant result after every treatment. My favourite was masquerade, intra, dermapen/resurface. The price for the treatment was reasonable. My must every month healing here. Haha.
