They provide excellent service! During the consultation, they carefully scanned and analyzed my skin, and throughout my five sessions, the therapist was always friendly and gentle. I really like that they only suggested treatments suitable for my skin without pushing unnecessary add-ons. They even followed up after each session to check my skin condition. Definitely continuing my treatments here!

Clinic is clean and comfy, the staff are polite and most importantly NO HARD SELLING. Completed 4 sessions of glycolic peel, my dark spots are significantly reduced. Tried hydra facial today and loving the results. I can feel that my face esp pores are very clean

I went here to treat my breakout skin. Just after 4 session my skin has gotten so much better. The staffs were very gentle and everything is really transparent. And most importantly there is no hard selling, you only pay for what you want. There were also reserved parking for customers which is a plus point as it can be quite a hassle to find a parking spot here. All in all, Im a satisfied customer. Thankyou Dermalene! ❤️❤️❤️

today was my last session for CIP salmon 🥹🥹 staff sangatt peramah and baik, Amy my beautician on my last session, shes very dedicated! tak kekok melayan i, giving me tips for my post care treatment as well. no hard selling here hehe they are very understanding also. clinic selesa! bersih! one more thing tak tinggal patient lama lama during the treatment. i can see positive results after the 4 sessions ,definitely need another few sessions more🥹 very recommended!

I am happy everytime i go for facial and treatments. All the staffs are very friendly and i feel relax while doing the treatments. My skin is getting better, my pigment getting lighten and my skin is more radiance. The staff also will follow up my skin’s condition everytime post treatment. Thank you Dermalene Setapak. I had a relaxing time at Dermalene Skin Centre. The staff was nice and friendly especially Miss yati! from a moment i walked in, i felt welcomed and immediately relexed and the treatment was amazing. They took the time to ask about any areas of tension, they genuinely cared about my comfort and well-being. I felt refreshed afterward. High-quality spa experience with great service and ambiance.
